We take great care in ensuring that all products are delivered in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We do not accept returns for any products once delivered.

Refunds

We follow a strict no refund policy. Once an order is placed and delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Replacements

We only provide replacement in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The product is defective

  • Incorrect item received

Replacement Request Conditions

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • An unboxing video is mandatory

  • Clear images of the product must be provided

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Non-Eligibility for Replacement

Replacement requests will not be accepted if:

  • No unboxing video is provided

  • The request is made after 48 hours

  • The product has been used or tampered with

Replacement Process

Once your request is approved:

  • We will arrange a replacement shipment at no extra cost
